Visit any Celebration Cinema to pickup your new C Rewards card. Give a cast member your phone or account number and they'll activate your new card on the spot.

MEET THE NEW C REWARDS – LAUNCHING JULY 17TH 

We’ve redesigned our C Rewards loyalty program to feature three brand new tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.  
With these new tiers, we’re able to offer more personalized perks and rewards to all of our guests, ensuring that every single visit is more rewarding.

These changes are designed to give you more value and recognition for your loyalty to your local cinema -- see you at the movies! 

WHAT ARE THE NEW BENEFITS?  

Silver -- 1-2,499 Points Earned / Year 
Earn $5 voucher with every $250 spent Access to $6 TACO Tuesday & Sunday 

Gold -- 2,500-5,000 Points Earned / Year 
Everything from previous tier plus:  Earn $5 voucher with every $125 spent Special discount/perk every month Invitations to special screenings   

Platinum -- 5,000+ Points Earned / Year 
Everything from previous tiers plus:  Earn $5 with every $75 spent  Free real butter where available Waived mobile food ordering fee

WHAT ABOUT OLD POINTS AND VOUCHERS?  

You will retain all current vouchers and year-to-date points earned. C Rewards YTD points will reset on December 31.

CAN I USE MY EXISTING ACCOUNT AND CARD?  

Your existing account and card are not changing and can be used immediately. If you would like a new rewards card, you can request one in person at the theatre. 

HOW ARE MEMBERS BEING NOTIFIED?  

All Rewards members were sent an email regarding the new changes and program. If you didn't receive our email, please check that you are subscribed in your dashboard. 

C REWARDS POINTS 

For every dollar you spend on tickets, online convenience fees, food, and non-alcoholic beverages you earn 10 points. $5 reward vouchers are earned and applied based on the rewards tier you are in. They can be used in-person on any purchase over $5 of tickets, food, or non-alcoholic beverages. 

Points are tracked two ways: "Year to Date" and "Points for Voucher". The Year to Date points will reset on January 1st of each year, and Points for Voucher will reset after a voucher has been earned based on your tier. $5 vouchers expire after 90 days.  

C Rewards members do not earn points to purchases of gift cards, Gold Tickets, or alcohol. You also do not earn points when redeeming Gold Tickets or any pass with a $0.00 value. 

UPDATE C REWARDS INFO 

To update your C Rewards account information, you will first need to login to your account at celebrationcinema.com and visit your account dashboard. Once logged in, click on the Dashboard drop down in the top right corner of the screen and click on Account. You will then need to scroll down to your saved information and update from there. Once finished click on Save Changes. 

REPLACE C REWARDS CARD 

The next time you visit your local theatre, please stop by our box office and one of our team members can look up your account using your phone number and will be able to issue a new card to you.  In the meantime, you can still earn points by logging into your account using your email and password you set up when creating the account to earn points for any online or app purchases. 

DO I EARN POINTS ON THIRD PARTY TICKETING WEBSITES?  

Points are earned only at celebrationcinema.com or in person at Celebration Cinema. 

WHAT DOES CELEBRATION DO WITH MY REWARDS INFORMATION? 

Celebration does not sell or share rewards data with any outside party.  

DOES THE NEW REWARD PROGRAM EFFECT MY VIP?

No, you can continue using your VIP account as normal. 

VIP MEMBERSHIP 

Our VIP membership program is a movie subscription program. For only $23.95 a month you can see 3 movies a week (including IMAX, C Premium, and 3D) and there are no convenience fees when purchasing online! VIP members do not receive free real butter, they must also be Platinum Members. Here is a  link  to the Terms of Service for all the information about the program! 

HOW TO USE VIP 

To access those VIP tickets, login to celebrationcinema.com and select the movie and seat you want for your showtime, and then select the VIP Subscription ticket type on the next screen and complete the transaction as normal.  If you purchase additional tickets for that showtime, you will also pay no online convenience fees when purchasing online. When you arrive to the theatre, have the post usher or box office scan your online ticket reservation to activate the ticket and you are all set.  You can also use these tickets by scanning your C Rewards card or doing a phone number lookup at the box office in theatre if you choose not to reserve your tickets online. 

UPDATE PAYMENT 

You can update your payment method on your VIP account by logging into celebrationcinema.com and visiting your account dashboard. Once logged in, click on the Dashboard drop down in the top right corner of the screen and click on WALLET. Then you will need to scroll down to your saved credit cards and add a new card to the account. Once a new card is added, click on the VIP tab. You can then swap in your new payment method, and delete out the old one if desired. 

VIP CANCEL 

To cancel your VIP membership, please login to your account on celebrationcinema.com and click on the Dashboard dropdown in the top right corner of the page. From there you will need to select the VIP tab, and then scroll down to the Cancel Subscription button to cancel.
