CELEBRATION! CINEMA PURCHASES TWO
THEATRES AT RIVERTOWN MALL & WOODLAND MALL

 
Grand Rapids, Michigan -  - June 18, 2007 - - Celebration! Cinema announced today the purchase of two theatre locations, a 14-screen theatre at Woodland Mall and a 20-screen theatre at RivertTown Mall.   The acquisition came as a result of Celebration! Cinema's interest in continued local expansion.   

 "More movie-goer dollars can stay in the local economy" said John Loeks, owner of Celebration! Cinema. "That's exciting for us and for the community.  With our recent conversion to digital cinema, planned upgrades to Studio 28 and a blockbuster summer, we feel great about the timing of this transaction." 

   "We will make a few modifications to the facilities including reworking both concessions and point-of-purchase equipment" Loeks added.  "We also plan to interview the staff and give them an opportunity to take employment with us.  We will handle the internal pieces so that the transition will be seamless to our customers." 

 Celebration! Cinema will take over operations of the theatres in Woodland Mall and RiverTown Mall beginning June 22, 2007.  The theatres will close briefly on June 20 and reopen for business on June 27 to allow for the transition.

Q:         What do I do with my Cinemark Gift Cards?
A:         If you hold a Cinemark gift card, you will need to call 1-800-Cinemark. 1-800-246-3627  This call should be made M-F,  9am to 5pm (EST)

Q:         Will Celebration! Cinema honor my tickets I have purchased in advance?
A:         Yes, the new Celebration! Cinema will honor advance tickets purchased for both these theatres.
 
Q:         When will the theatres close and reopen?
A:         Cinemark will close both Woodland and Rivertown theatres on Wednesday, June 20.
The theatres will re-open on Wednesday, June 27th under the Celebration! Cinema name- in time for the much anticipated Live Free or Die Hard opening!  Guests should call 530-SHOW or visit celebrationcinema.com for showtimes on the 27th.
